AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($400,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction
Fund to be used for the construction of the Leachate underdrain
system, storm sewers, temporary access road and restoration items,
together with repayment of the cost of engineering, survey and
inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Prospect Hill Reclamation
Project (85270), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri and Village of
Riverview, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars
($400,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for the construction of the Leachate
underdrain system, storm sewers, temporary access road and
restoration items, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in Prospect
Hill Reclamation Project (85270), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri and Village of Riverview, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1985.
