AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of the Leachate underdrain system, storm
sewers, temporary access road and restoration items in Prospect
Hill Reclamation Project (85270), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri and Village of Riverview, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Leachate
underdrain system, storm sewers, temporary access road and
restoration items in Prospect Hill Reclamation Project (85270), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri and Village of Riverview,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of August,
1985, and formally executed on the 27th day of August, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
