AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of Stormwater Control
Easements in Lots 4 and 5 of Chesterfield Valley Center, in U.S.
Survey 150 Township 45 North Range 3 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
Stormwater Control Easements, and this District has no further use
for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the Stormwater Control
Easements in Lots 4 and 5 of Chesterfield Valley Center, in U.S.
Survey 150 Township 45 North Range 3 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, described below are hereby, vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Chesterfield Valley Center as recorded in Plat Book 233, Pages 46 and 47 of the St. Louis County Records. PARCEL 1 - Lot 4 - Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Chesterfield Valley Center, said beginning point being also on the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 40/61; thence Southwardly along the West line of said Chesterfield Valley Center South 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred eighty-three and 78/100 feet (183.78') to a point; thence South 84 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of thirty-one and 51/100 feet (31.51') to the actual point of beginning; thence North 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of seventy-eight and 76/100 feet (78.76') to a point; thence South 84 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of three hundred twenty and 31/100 feet (320.31') to a point; thence South 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of seventy-eight and 76/100 feet (78.76') to a point; thence North 84 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of three hundred twenty and 31/100 feet (320.31') to the actual point of beginning.

PARCEL 2 - Lot 5 - Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Chesterfield Valley Center said beginning point being also on the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 40/61; thence Southwardly along the East line of said Chesterfield Valley Center, South 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred eighty-three and 78/100 feet (183.78') to a point; thence North 84 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of thirty-one and 51/100 feet (31.51') to the actual point of beginning; thence North 84 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of three hundred six and 67/100 feet (306.67') to a point; thence North 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of seventy-eight and 76/100 feet (78.76') to a point; thence South 84 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of three hundred six and 67/100 feet (306.67') to a point; thence South 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of seventy-eight and 76/100 feet (78.76') to the actual point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1985.
