AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 6 and 7
of Executive Industrial Park, in the City of Fenton, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line
between Lots 6 and 7 of Executive Industrial Park, as
recorded in Plat Book 149, Pages 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14
of the St. Louis County records; excepting therefrom
the North fifty (50) feet and South fifteen (15) feet
of each.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1985.
