AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 8 of River Valley Court, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a concrete monument at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence along the North line of said Lot 8 North 48 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of seventy-eight and 85/100 feet (78.85') to a point; thence South 41 degrees 30 minutes 60 seconds West a distance of twelve feet (12') to the actual point of beginning; thence South 08 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of twenty-four and 98/100 feet to a point; thence South 62 degrees 25 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of one hundred eighteen and 06/100 feet (118.06') to a point; thence North 64 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of twelve and 46/100 feet (12.46') to a point; thence North 62 degrees 25 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of one hundred twenty and 41/100 feet (120.41') to a point; thence North 08 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of twenty-six and 39/100 feet (26.39') to a point; thence South 48 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of eleven and 92/100 feet (11.92') to the point of beginning in said Lot 8 of River Valley Court, as recorded in Plat Book 184, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1985.
