AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($18,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Elton Ave. North #7542 Storm Sewer (S-1820, C-1181) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of North Affton, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total cost of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of North Affton,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($18,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Elton Ave. North #7542 Storm Sewer (S-
1820, C-1181) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1985.
