AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Elton
Ave. North #7542 Storm Sewer (S-1820, C-1181) in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Elton
Ave. North #7542 Storm Sewer (S-1820, C-1181) in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 19th day of August, 1985, and formally executed
on the 10th day of September, 1985, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
