AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Burns
2332 (S-2257, C-1187) in the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Burns
No. 2332 (S-2257,C-11878) in the City of Overland, Missouri, with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 26th day of August, 1985, and formally
executed on the 10th day of September, 1985, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
