AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million One Hundred
Forty Thousand Dollars ($1,140,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of engineering, survey and inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in GC-4 Watson Woods - Harwich Drive Relief
Sewer - Phase II (S-2142, C-1188) in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million One Hundred Forty
Thousand Dollars ($1,140,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of engineering, survey and
inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in GC-4 Watson Woods - Harwich
Drive Relief Sewer - Phase II (S-2142, C-1188) in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1985.
