AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bangert
Brothers Construction Company for the construction of sanitary
sewers in GC-4 Watson Woods - Harwich Drive Relief Sewer - Phase
II (S-2142, C-1188) in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bangert Brothers Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in GC-4 Watson Woods - Harwich Drive Relief Sewer - Phase II (S-
2142, C-1188), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 26th day of August, 1985, and formally executed
on the 10th day of September, 1985, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
