AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Stanford Ave. No. 7908 (85010),
in the City of University City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owner to be served by said
project has agreed to contribute Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with the repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Stanford Ave. No. 7908 (85010), in the City of University City,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1985.
