AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-six Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($96,750.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in St.
James Estates Treatment Plant (By-Pass) (S-2340, C-1194), in the
City of Black Jack, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-six Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($96,750.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Account to be used
for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in St. James Estates Treatment Plant (By-
Pass) (S-2340, C-1194), in the City of Black Jack, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1985.
