AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
St. James Estates Treatment Plant (By-Pass) (S-2340, C-1194), in
the City of Black Jack, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in St.
James Estates Treatment Plant (By-Pass) (S-2340, C-1194), in the
City of Black Jack, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th
day of August, 1985, and formally executed on the 10th day of
September, 1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
