AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company for the construction of storm sewers in Ballas Road South
of Ranch (S-2325, C-1186), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Ballas
Road South of Ranch (S-2325, C-1186), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 16th day of August, 1985, and
formally executed on the 10th day of September, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
