AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 6643 and
6943 of Earth City Plat 25 - a resubdivision of Lot 6542
(amended), of Earth City Plat 8, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: The fifteen (15') foot wide easements on each side of the common line between Lots 6643 and 6943 of Earth City Plat 25 - a resubdivision of Lot 6542 (amended), of Earth City Plat 8, as recorded in Plat Book 237, Page 16 of the St. Louis County records; excepting therefrom the Western thirty (30') feet and the Eastern fifteen (15') feet of each. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1985.
