AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($1,625.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account to pay Erection Materials Engineering, Inc. a recoupment
for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a
recoupment contract with the District, dated August 21, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($1,625.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to pay Erection Materials
Engineering, Inc. a recoupment for sanitary sewer construction
costs advanced by it pursuant to a recoupment contract with the
District, dated August 21, 1985.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 23, 1985.
