AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute a Utility Agreement
with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission for the
adjustment of certain District facilities pursuant to highway
improvements.
WHEREAS, the Missouri Highway and Transportation
Commission proposes to construct and improve a section of Route
141 - Vance Road to Missouri Pacific R.R., in St. Louis County,
Missouri, designated as Job No. 6-U-141-145B, and
WHEREAS, in order to improve said highway, it will be
necessary to adjust certain facilities now located on a private
easement of the District in order to maintain the present services
of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Utility
Agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission
for the adjustment of certain District facilities pursuant to
highway improvements.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 23, 1985.
