AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Country Club Terrace in the City of Glendale, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point, being the centerline of said ten foot
(10') wide easement, on the South line of said Country
Club Terrace; said point being distant South 89 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds East twenty-four and 87/100 feet
(24.87') from the Southwest corner of said Country Club
Terrace; thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 19 seconds
East a distance of one hundred ten and 96/100 feet
(110.96') to the point of ending as recorded in Plat
Book 235, Page 31 City of Glendale, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1985.
