AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot X of the Subdivision of Randelay-Resubdivision in the
City of Ladue in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate said portion of subject easement and the
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
That North and South ten (10) feet wide sewer easement
designated 10' W. Easement in Randelay-Resubdivision Lot
X, excepting the southern five (5) feet thereof, in the
City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri as recorded in
Plat Book 94, Page 32 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1985.
