AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-one
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($131,500.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for the construction of a Gatewell
Structure with Sluice Gate, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Broadway
& Wall St. (85064A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-one
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($131,500.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of a Gatewell Structure with Sluice Gate, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Broadway & Wall St. (85064A), in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1985.
