AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of a Gatewell Structure with Sluice Gate
in Broadway & Wall St. (85064A), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a Gatewell Structure
with Sluice Gate in Broadway & Wall St. (85064A), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
September, 1985, and formally executed on the 22nd day of October,
1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
