AN ORDINANCE, vacating public right-of-way interest of
the District in an alley in City Block 563 of the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacate public right-of-way interest that it may
have in the following described alley:
The North-South alley in City Block 563 from the South line
of O'Fallon Street to the North line of Biddle Street.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1985.
