AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Woods Mill Commons, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easements
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Woods Mill Commons as recorded in Plat Book 233, Page 91 of the St. Louis County Records. The two parcels are portions of ten (10') foot wide easements. Parcel A - Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Woods Mill Road (Missouri State Highway 141) with the South line of property conveyed to the United Hebrew Congregation of St. Louis as described in the deed recorded in Book 6691, Page 531 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the right-of-way line of said Woods Mill Road (Missouri State Highway 141) North 89 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 54/100 feet (10.54') to a point and along a curve to the left whose radius point bears South 67 degrees 01 minutes 17 seconds East one thousand eight hundred seventy and 08/100 feet (1870.08') from the last mentioned point; a distance of fifty-two and 00/100 feet (52.00') to a point; thence South 68 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of one hundred fifty-eight and 62/100 feet (158.62') to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 21 degrees 22 minutes 31 seconds West sixty-two feet (62') from the last mentioned point, a distance of twenty-six and 41/100 feet (26.41') to a point; thence South 44 degrees 13 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of one hundred fifty eight and 16/100 feet (158.16') to a point; thence South 56 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of twelve and 23/100 feet (12.23') to the actual point of beginning; thence South 44 degrees 13 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of five and 09/100 feet (5.09') to a point; thence South 56 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of twenty-one and 25/100 feet (21.25') to a point; thence North 33 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten feet (10') to a point; thence North 56 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of nineteen and 31/100 feet (19.31')
to a point; thence South 44 degrees 13 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of five and 09/100 feet (5.09') to the actual point of beginning. Parcel B - Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Woods Mill Road (Missouri State Highway 141) with the South line of property conveyed to the United Hebrew Congregation of St. Louis as described in the deed recorded in Book 6691, Page 531 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the right-of-way line of said Woods Mill Road (Missouri State Highway 141) North 89 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 54/100 feet (10.54') to a point and along a curve to the left whose radius point bears South 67 degrees 01 minutes 17 seconds East one thousand eight hundred seventy and 08/100 feet (1870.08') from the last mentioned point, a distance of twelve hundred seventy five and 48/100 feet (375.48') to a point; thence South 71 degrees 55 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of one hundred ninety one and 41/100 feet (191.41') to a point; thence South 33 degrees 08 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of seventy two and 63/100 feet (72.63') to a point on the North line of a permanent easement as described in the deed recorded in Book 7219, Page 702 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said North line of a permanent easement North 68 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of one hundred fifty three and 86/100 feet (153.86') to a point and South 87 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of seventy and 24/100 feet (70.24') to the actual point of beginning; thence North 39 degrees 20 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of fourteen and 18/100 feet to a point; thence North 50 degrees 39 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of ten feet (10') to a point; thence South 39 degrees 20 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of twenty three and 29/100 feet (23.29') to a point on the said North line of a permanent easement; thence Westwardly along the said North line of permanent easement North 87 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of thirteen and 53/100 feet to the actual point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1985.
