AN ORDINANCE amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
5415, adopted December 28, 1983, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 618 (Baumgartner & Heintz) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 5415, adopted December 28,
1983, is hereby amended by revising the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 618 (Baumgartner & Heintz), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, to exclude an area described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Northwest line of New Baumgartner Road, 60 feet wide and the West line of Heintz Road, 40 feet wide, said point being the Southeast corner of property conveyed to Roland A. James and Nelda Mae James, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6736, Page 886 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's office; thence Southwestwardly along said Northwest line of New Baumgartner Road a distance of 327.77 feet to THE ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; said Point being the most Eastern corner of property conveyed to Brad Daryl Allmeroth, a single person, by deed recorded in Book 7528, Page 660 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Southwestwardly along said Northwest line of New Baumgartner Road a distance of 77.50 feet to the most Eastern corner of property conveyed to Herbert M. Mueller and Doris Mueller, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 3128, Page 400 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Northwestwardly along the Northeast line of said Mueller property, North 25 degrees 28 minutes West a distance of 305.00 feet to a point; thence North 72 degrees 38 minutes 21 seconds east a distance of 137.58 feet to a point in the Northeast line of said Allmeroth property; thence Southeastwardly along the Northeast line of Allmeroth property a distance of 291.57 feet to the point of beginning.
The Board of Trustees, pursuant to an engineering
investigation, finds that the owners of said described area desire
to be excluded, and said exclusion will be a cost benefit to the
remainder of said Subdistrict No. 618.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 5415
as hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two." The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 618
(Baumgartner & Heintz) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest line of New
Baumgartner Road, 60 feet wide and the West line of Heintz Road,
40 feet wide, said point being the Southeast corner property
conveyed to Roland A. James and Nelda Mae James, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 6736, Page 886 of the St. Louis County, Missouri,
Recorder's Office; thence Southwestwardly along said Northwest
line of New Baumgartner Road a distance of 327.77 feet to the most
Eastern corner of property conveyed to Brad Daryl Allmeroth, a
single person, by deed recorded in Book 7528, Page 660 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence Northwestwardly along the Northeast
line of said Allmeroth property a distance of 291.57 feet to a
point; thence Northeastwardly along a line to a point in the West
line of property conveyed to Albert Valenti by deed recorded in
Book 6381, Page 1897 of the St. Louis County Records, said point
being 30.00 feet Northwardly of the Southwest corner of said
Valenti property thence Northwardly along the West line of said
Valenti property to the Northwest corner thereof, said point being
the Southwest corner of property conveyed to August Okertich, Jr.
and Betty June Okertich, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 3846,
Page 616 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Northeastwardly
along the South line of said Okertich property to a point being
33.00 feet eastwardly of and at right angles to the West line of
said Okertich property; thence Northwardly along a line being
33.00 feet Eastwardly of and parallel to said West line, to the
North line of said Okertich property; thence Westwardly along said

North line to the Northwest corner thereof, said point being in
the East line of property conveyed to Patrick J. Murphy and Cathy
M. Murphy, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7482, Page 1301 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence Northwardly along said East
line to the Northeast corner of said Murphy property; thence
Westwardly along the North line of said Murphy property a distance
of 85.00 feet to a point; thence Northwardly to a point in the
South line of the Northeast one-fourth of the Northeast one-fourth
of Section 15, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, said point being
distant as measured along said South line, a distance of 85.00
feet Northwestwardly from the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of "HEIM'S
HEIGHTS", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 49, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
Southeastwardly along said South line a distance of 85.00 feet to
the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence Northwardly along the
West line of said "HEIM'S HEIGHTS" to a point, said point being
200.00 feet Southwardly of and at right angles to the South line
of Old Baumgartner Road, 50 feet wide, said point also being in
the East line of Lot 1 of "HEIM'S HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
51, Page 61 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly and
Southwestwardly along a line being 200.00 feet Southwardly and
Southeastwardly of and parallel to said South line of Old
Baumgartner Road, 50 feet wide, to a point in the West line of Lot
4 of said "HEIM'S HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION", said point being
distant Northwestwardly a distance of 69.77 feet from the

Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence Southwestwardly along a
straight line to a point in the West line of Lot 6 of said "HEIM'S
HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION", said point being distant Northwestwardly
a distance of 69.77 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 6;
thence Southwestwardly along a straight line to a point in the
Southwest line of Lot 7 of said "HEIM'S HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION",
said point being in a curve having a radius of 1382.67 feet; said
point being distant Northwestwardly along said curve and along
said West line, and arc distance of 240.95 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Lot 7; said Southwest line of Lot 7 being the East
line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, Right of Way, 100 feet
wide; thence Northwestwardly along the East line of said
Burlington Northern Railroad, Right-of-Way, to the Northwest
corner of Lot 1 of HEIM'S HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION", a subdivision,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 64 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence Northeastwardly along the
North line of Lot 1 and 2 of said "HEIM'S HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION"
and along its Northeastward prolongation to the West line of Lot 3
of said "HEIM'S HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION"; thence Northwardly along
said West line to the Northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence
Eastwardly along the North line of said Lot 3 and Lot 4 of said
"HEIM'S HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION" to the Northeast corner of said
Lot 4, being a point in the West line of Lot 5 of said "HEIM'S
HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION"; thence Northwardly along said West line
of Lot 5 to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Eastwardly along
the North line of said Lot 5 and Lot 6 of said "HEIM'S HEIGHTS

SECOND ADDITION" to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence
along the Eastward prolongation of said North line of Lot 6 a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence Southwardly along a
line being parallel to the East line of said Lot 6 and along its
Southward prolongation to a point in the South line of Old
Baumgartner Road, being the North line of Lot 7 of the
aforementioned "HEIM'S HEIGHTS; thence Eastwardly along said North
line of Lot 7 to the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southwardly
along the East line of said Lot 7, being the West line of Heintz
Road, to its intersection with the Westward prolongation of the
North line of property conveyed to Anthony V. Daly and Margaret A.
Daly, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7234, Page 2261 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along said Westward
prolongation and along the North line of said Daly property to its
intersection with the Northward prolongation of the East line of
property conveyed to Stepman G. Auer and Pamela J. Auer, his wife,

Records; thence Southwardly along said Northward prolongation and
along the East line of said Auer property and along said East
line's Southward prolongation to its intersection with the South
line of property conveyed to Harold E. Winheim and Elsie K.
Winheim, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7137, Page 1889 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along said South line
to the Northeast corner of property conveyed to Bradford J.
Baldwin and Cheryl Baldwin, his wife, by deed recorded in Book
7323, Page 2300 of the St. Louis County Records; thence

Southwardly along the East line of said Baldwin property to the
Southeast corner thereof, said Southeast corner being in the North
line of property conveyed to Edwards J. Vuichard and Berniece R.
Vuichard, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 3663, Page 311 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along said North line
to the Northeast corner of said Vuichard property, said point
being in the North line of property conveyed to Ronald C. Metz and
Carol J. Metz, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6229, Page 565
of the St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along said
North line a distance of 70.00 feet to a point; thence Southwardly
and parallel to the East line of said Vuichard property to a point
in the South line of said Metz property; thence Westwardly along
said South line to the Northeast corner of property conveyed to
Carl D. Sutfin and Betty L. Sutfin, his wife, by deed recorded in
Book 6915, Page 2070 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
Southwardly along the East line of said Sutfin property and
continuing Southwardly along the East line of property conveyed to
Reinhold Jacobsmeyer and Elsie N. Jacobsmeyer, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 3881, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records and
continuing Southwardly along the East line of property conveyed to
William Andre Schmitt and Arlene Theodora Schmitt, his wife, by
deed recorded in Book 2933, Page 351 of the St. Louis County
Records to the Southeast corner of said Schmitt property; thence
Southeastwardly along a straight line to a point in the South line
of property conveyed to Franklin Delano Boyd and Jacqueline R.
Boyd, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7063, Page 2168 of the

St. Louis County Records, said point being distant Southwestwardly
a distance of 18.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said Boyd
property, said Southeast corner being the Northeast corner of
property conveyed to the Zion Baptist Church of St. Louis, by deed
recorded in Book 6836, Page 1306 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence Southwestwardly along the South line of said Boyd property
and along said South line's Southwestward prolongation to its
intersection with the West line of Heintz Road; thence Southwardly
along said West line of Heintz Road to the point of beginning.
