AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of a gabion wall, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Beaucaire Drive No. 1664 (S-2361, C-1190), in the City of Warson
Woods, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Warson Woods, Missouri has agreed
to contribute One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-five Dollars
($1,935.00) for the cost of materials of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of a gabion wall, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Beaucaire Drive No. 1664 (S-2361, C-
1190), in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1985.
