AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in
Beaucaire Drive No. 1664 (S-2361, C-1190), in the City of Warson
Woods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Beaucaire Drive No. 1664 (S-2361, C-1190), in the City of Warson
Woods, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of September,
1985, and formally executed on the 12th day of November, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
