AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for a survey of
all positions of the District to determine the District's
competitive posture in relation to the market.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for a survey of all positions of the District to
determine the District's competitive posture in relation to the
market.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1985.
