AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with The Hay Group,
Inc. for a survey of all positions of the District to determine
the District's competitive posture in relation to the market.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with The Hay Group, Inc. for a survey of all positions of the
District to determine the District's competitive posture in
relation to the market.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1985.
