AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Fleishman-
Hillard, Inc. for a public information survey to assess District
customer awareness and concern of the sanitary and stormwater
sewer needs within the District boundaries.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. for a public information survey to
assess District customer awareness and concern of the sanitary and
stormwater sewer needs within the District boundaries.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1985.
