Home My Public Portal About06268 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6268 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River-Bonfils to be used for the construction of the force main sleeve portion of the Lower Missouri River Basin-Bonfils-Missouri Bottoms Interceptor sewer through a levee along the Missouri River in St. Louis County, Missouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River- Bonfils to be used for the construction of the force main sleeve portion of the Lower Missouri River Basin-Bonfils-Missouri Bottoms Interceptor sewer through a levee along the Missouri River in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
