AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 38 of Briarcreek Estates, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southernmost seventy-five feet (75') of a ten foot (10')
wide easement along the eastern line of Lot 38 of Briarcreek
Estates, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri,
as recorded in Plat Book 224, Pages 23 and 24 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
