AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in City Block
5616, of the City of St. Louis, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis has granted this
District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement in City Block 5616 as recorded in Book M352,
Pages 1378 and 1379 of the City of St. Louis Records. The
vacation of the easement vacated herein does not affect the
easement as shown in City Block 5616 as recorded in Book
M380, Pages 1008 and 1009 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
