AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) as a loan from the General Fund of the District to
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek, and appropriating Three Hundred Ninety-one Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($391,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in South Floridale Storm Sewer Project (S-2269, C-1193), in the
City of Dellwood, Missouri, and directing repayment of said loan.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($130,500.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Dellwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute One Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($130,500.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) is hereby transferred as a loan from the General Fund
of the District to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Three Hundred Ninety-one
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($391,500.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in South Floridale Storm Sewer
Project (S-2269, C-1193), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
Section Three. The Director of Finance of the District
is hereby directed to repay the loan as authorized in Section One
above as funds become available in the Maline Creek Trunk
Subdistrict.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
