AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-nine Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($79,500.00) from the General Fund of the District
to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Parkview Estates (S-2322, C-1198), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($26,500.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the General Fund of
the District, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Fifty-three Thousand Dollars ($53,000.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the General Fund of
the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-nine Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($79,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used for the construction of
storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project in Parkview Estates (S-
2322, C-1198), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
