AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mulligan
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Parkview Estates (S-2322, C-1198), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mulligan Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Parkview Estates (S-2322, C-1198), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 14th day of November, 1985, and
formally executed on the 26th day of November, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
