AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-three Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($63,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Nancy Jo No. 1225 (S-1845, C-1200), in the City of Glendale,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-one Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($21,300.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Twenty-one Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($21,300.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-three Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($63,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Nancy Jo No. 1225 (S-1845, C-1200), in the
City of Glendale, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
