AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Company, Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
Nancy Jo No. 1225 (S-1845, C-1200), in the City of Glendale,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Company, Ltd., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Nancy Jo No. 1225 (S-1845, C-1200), in the City of
Glendale, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of
November, 1985, and formally executed on the 26th day of November,
1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
