AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Broeker's Subdivision, in the City of Olivette, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of Olive Street Road, 90 feet wide; said point being distant North 73 degrees 11 minutes 22 seconds East a distance of twenty-five and 99/100 feet (25.99') from the Southeast corner of Bonhomme Road, as established by plat recorded in Plat Book 171, Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 01 degree 22 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of nine hundred twenty-two and 94/100 feet (922.94') to a point; thence North 88 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of seventy feet (70') to a point; thence North 01 degree 22 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of ten feet (10') to a point; thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds East a distance of eighty feet (80') to a point; thence South 01 degree 22 minutes 49 seconds West a distance of nine hundred twenty-nine and 66/100 feet (929.66') to a point on the aforesaid North line of Olive Street Road, 90 feet wide; thence Westwardly along the said North line of Olive Street Road South 73 degrees 11 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of ten and 53/100 feet (10.53') to the point of beginning in Broeker's Subdivision, a subdivision in Olivette, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 22 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
