AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 4 and 9
of Highland on Conway Plat No. 1, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 9 of Highland on Conway Plat No. 1; thence South 32 degrees 34 minutes West along the lot line of Lot 9 a distance of seven and 66/100 feet (7.66') to the true point of beginning of the herein described easement; thence South 69 degrees 12 minutes East a distance of seven and 66/100 feet (7.66') to the Northeast corner of the herein described easement; thence South 32 degrees 34 minutes West a distance of two hundred seventy nine and 32/100 feet (279.32') to a point on the new north Right of Way line of U.S. Route 40 being also the Southeast corner of the easement; thence continuing along said North Right of Way, North 76 degrees 15 minutes West a distance of fifteen and 85/100 feet (15.85') to the Southwest corner of the herein described easement; thence leaving said Right of Way and traveling North 32 degrees 34 minutes East a distance of two hundred eighty one and 11/100 feet (281.11') to the Northwest corner of the easement; thence South 69 degrees 12 minutes East a distance of seven and 66/100 feet (7.66') to the point of beginning, in Highland on Conway Plat No. 1 in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
