AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Maintenance Repairs Number 34
(S-2369, C-1159A), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6035, adopted May 8, 1985,
provided the original funding for said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Maintenance Repairs Number 34
(S-2369, C-1159A), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
