AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Lee's
Excavating Company for the construction of storm sewers in Madison
No. 1510 (S-2312, C-1199), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Lee's Excavating Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Madison No. 1510 (S-2312, C-1199), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 15th day of November, 1985, and
formally executed on the 3rd day of December, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
