AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($12,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Elise Drive No. 10030 Storm Extension (S-1134, C-1202), in the
City of Lakeshire, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($4,100.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeshire, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($4,100.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($12,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Elise Drive No. 10030 Storm Extension (S-
1134, C-1202), in the City of Lakeshire, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1985.
