AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand Nine
Hundred Sixty and 66/100 Dollars ($23,960.66) from the General
Fund of the District to reimburse the City of Ballwin, Missouri
for funds expended by said City for the Treasure Cove/Brookside
Lane stormwater project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein appropriated represent money
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
Stormwater Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Nine
Hundred Sixty and 66/100 Dollars ($23,960.66) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District Fund to
reimburse the City of Ballwin, Missouri for funds expended by said
City for the Treasure Cove/Brookside Lane stormwater project.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
