AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-six Thousand Nine
Hundred Fifty-six and 75/100 Dollars ($56,956.75) from the General
Fund of the District to reimburse St. Louis County, Missouri for
funds expended by said county for the Orchard Lakes stormwater
project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein appropriated represent money
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
Stormwater Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Nine
Hundred Fifty-six and 75/100 Dollars ($56,956.75) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District Fund to
reimburse St. Louis County Missouri for funds expended by said
county for the Orchard Lakes stormwater project.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
