AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($206,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Maintenance Repairs Number 39 (S-1971, C-1204), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($206,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Maintenance Repairs Number 39 (S-1971, C-
1204), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
