AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of a gabion wall, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Beaucaire Drive No. 1624 (S-2360, C-1206), in the City of Warson
Woods, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owner to be served by said
project has agreed to contribute Three Thousand Four Hundred
Thirty-five Dollars ($3,435.00) for the cost of materials of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of a gabion wall, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Beaucaire Drive No. 1624 (S-2360, C-1206),
in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
