AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Pottle at
Telegraph Sanitary Relocation (85213), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Pottle at Telegraph Sanitary Relocation (85213), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of
December, 1985, and formally executed on the 17th day of December,
1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
