AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Alexander Grant
& Company to provide Facilities Management Services for the
District's data processing system for the period of January 15,
1986 to November 14, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Alexander Grant & Company to provide Facilities Management
Services for the District's data processing system for the period
of January 15, 1986 to November 14, 1986.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
