AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Curwood-Yolanda Phase II Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-549.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Curwood-Yolanda Phase
II Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-549.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
