AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Riderwood 700 Block Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-551.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of Riderwood 700
Block Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-551.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
